Using Privaswap

Privaswap lets you replace selected faces in photos and video with fictional synthetic identities. You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Access may initially be limited to invited customers.

Your footage and permissions

You remain responsible for the footage you upload, your legal basis or permission to process it, and how you use the results. Before processing, you confirm:

I confirm I have an appropriate legal basis or permission to upload and process this footage for this purpose, and I’m responsible for how I use the result.

You retain your existing rights in uploaded footage and grant us the limited permission needed to host, transmit, process and transform it to provide the service. This does not automatically grant permission for model training.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the service for legitimate creative and identity-protection purposes. A face swap does not determine whether filming, processing or publishing the underlying footage is lawful, and it does not guarantee de-identification.

Do not use the service for illegal activity; child sexual abuse or exploitation; sexual or intimate material involving minors or anyone whose age is uncertain; non-consensual intimate abuse; harassment, threats or exploitation; fraud; harmful deceptive impersonation; evading law-enforcement or identity-verification systems; infringement of others’ rights; or bypassing moderation, account, payment or usage safeguards. Sexual or intimate content is not supported by the current service.

Do not represent a synthetic library identity as the verified identity of a real person. Protect your sign-in links and invitation codes. We may restrict or suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, safeguard circumvention or serious breaches.

Credits and results

The studio shows the applicable allowance or quoted credit cost before you request generation. Free and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Reserved free swaps or credits are released when a generation fails; contact support if this does not happen. Refunds and payment disputes may remove associated credits or restrict further generation while reviewed. See our refund policy.

Results depend on source quality, lighting, movement, pose and occlusion. They may contain errors. Review the whole result before sharing it. We do not promise that every output is visually perfect or suitable for every professional purpose.

Availability and your rights

We may change or suspend the service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety, provider availability or legal compliance. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights, including applicable rights when a service or digital content is faulty.
